great music!i also happened to catch “Mucha Lucha” on Cartoon Network last week. first time watcher. thought it was pretty funny. loved it! i love the Flea!and i was a fan of an old anime from the 70s/early 80s(?) called “Tigermask”. also a luchador… but a much darker story. have you heard of it?
Tiger Mask – the cartoon and the wrestler – is awesome! I’ve never seen a complete show…just the opening and closing titles. Man, someone should get hold of this and show it in the US
The 1969 series and the inferior 1983 sequel series are starting to come out on DVD in Italy, dubbed in Italian, as they were shown on Italian TV – lucky bastards…Remind me, I may have some dupes on VHS of the 69 first season.
