While Eddie is at the studio, I have been sick. Blogging from home in flu hell:
FilmForce: An Interview with Mike Lazzo on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim.
Blogathon 2003. Sit on your ass all day at a computer and raise money for charity.
Each time we mention that we (Eddie and myself) are relocating to the USA for Mucha Lucha Production, we are asked: ‘what are you doing with the studio?’; ‘what’s going to happen with the staff?’
I feel I should make it clear that:
- Fwak! isn’t closing shop
- The Fwak! studio will still be here.
- Fwak! Animation is still Sydney-based.
- Our staff will be freelance (as they have been) and if there is any work Fwak! is still around for it
- Peter is still Fwak!’s Business Manager
- Eddie and I are still Fwak’s co-directors
- Fwak! is still developing other animated projects.
- We’ll be gone for only about a year… so it’s not like it’s forever (though a holiday around the world seems mighty tempting)
- Eddie and I are still in Sydney for at least another month so it’s not time for goodbyes yet!
